Sorry to hear this. Totally get the frustration if things haven’t felt worth it.
Quick note - surveys do still work on the legacy version. On the new version, they’re not live yet, but we’re working on it, along with birthdays and a few other features. They need entirely new mechanisms from the back-end for them to be supported and we're close to that being done. I've nudged our product manager too :-)
